Informe de gestió

Tal com vaig dir a les reunions informatives, abans de que ésser cessat amb la moció de censura dels meus càrrecs a l’Ajuntament d’Aitona, vaig fer un informe de gestió i resum de la feina feta a les regidories que portava, que són noves tecnologies, joventut i acció social i ciutadania.

One sunny day an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania
Avenue, where he’d been sitting on a park bench. He spoke to the U.S. Marine
standing guard and said, ‘I would like to go in and meet with President
Bush.
The Marine looked at the man and said, ‘Sir, Mr. Bush is no longer president
and no longer resides here.’
The old man said, ‘Okay’ and walked away.
The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the
same Marine, ‘I would like to go in and meet with President Bush.’
The Marine again told the man, ‘Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Bush is no
longer president and no longer resides here.’
The man thanked him and, again, just walked away.
The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very
same U. S. Marine, saying ‘I would like to go in and meet with President
Bush.’
The Marine, somewhat agitated at this point, looked at the man and said,
‘Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to
Mr. Bush. I’ve told you already that Mr. Bush is no longer the president and
no longer resides here. Don’t you understand?’
The old man looked at the Marine and said, ‘Oh, I understand. I just love
hearing it.’
The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, ‘See you tomorrow then.’

L’actual crisi que patim és seriosa, fins i tot amb tints dramàtics, per això ofèn encara més l’ús frívol que de la paraula i el concepte “crisi” es fa per tapar les ineficàcies i la falta de voluntat política. La mort del Senglar Rock és un exemple de com amb la paraula “crisi” es volen amagar de manera barroera la incapacitat de mantenir un programa d’acció municipal d’indubtable salut i projecció nacional i la falta de voluntat política per concebre Lleida molt més enllà de les petites mirades en curt d’alguns personatges de la ciutat.
Al•ludir ara a la crisi, com acaba de fer l’alcalde Ros, com a explicació de per què s’ha eliminat el principal festival de música catalana demostra una increïble falta de respecte a la veritat. Es diu que atès el panorama econòmic actual, la Paeria no pot gastar 200.000 euros en un festival de música, i que aquests diners són més necessaris per a d’altres coses, com la promoció de la ciutat. Ara, a treballar

Així hauría de ser oi? així ho espero, jo, i estic segur que la gent que ha votat i que conformava la llista de la Terraferma per la regional d’ERC a Lleida, el que no s’ha de fer ara es començar una caça de bruixes.
Companys que heu guanyat, enhorabona, tots som d’ERC així que ERC sempre hi guanyaba, ara el que em de fer tots plegats es treballar per fer realitat la notorietat de la regional a Barcelona i que respectin el territori.
